Thank you very much, and hello, and welcome to all of you to this DNB's fourth quarter analyst call. Here in Oslo, we are represented by almost the full executive team, including our CEO, Kjerstin Braathen; and CFO, Ida Lerner.

Thank you, and hello, everyone, and thank you for taking the time for this call today. The Norwegian economy continued to grow more than expected in the fourth quarter, and we expect GDP to come in around 3.6% for 2022. The Norwegian Central Bank has increased the key policy rate twice by 25 basis
