Thank you, everyone, for joining me this afternoon with this fireside chat discussion with Delek Holdings. I think I want to just start off by giving the team here a couple of minutes to give their lay of the land as they see things right now, and then we can get into questions.
Yes. Thanks. Phil, this is Blake. I'll kick us off here. So the good thing or the bright spots that we're seeing in the market, thankfully, we are in the higher multiple businesses and that's primarily DKL and retail.
