Well, good afternoon or good evening, everyone. Welcome to our full year 2021 results conference call. Three main messages when we talk today about the 2021 message or results.
First of all, as you may have noticed, last year, we have been expanding the D'Ieteren Group in two ways, at least, by adding some new activities like TVH Parts that we added in 2021. And we're working on adding PHE in the course of this year.
And in a second way is that in some of our existing activities, most notably at Belron, with the transactions related to having some new investors on board of $21 billion EV price tag was also, let's say, anchored on the existing Belron activity.
