Dear shareholders, dear shareholder representatives, ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management, I'd like to welcome you all and I hereby open the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Daimler Truck Holding AG. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I will chair the meeting in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation. Today, we report to you on our first full financial year as an independent listed DAX 40 company. On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management, I would like to welcome all shareholders and their proxies as well as all other guests who are following our Annual General Meeting on the Internet.
