Good morning. My name is William Lauder. I'm the Executive Chairman or the Chairman of the Board of the Estée Lauder Companies. I want to welcome you to our 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and I want to welcome everybody who's listening to us via live webcast.

First of order of business, I'd like to formally call our meeting to order. As a reminder, your Board recently increased the quarterly dividend to $0.48 per share, up from $0.43.

Now I would like to introduce the other members of our Board who are with us today and ask them if they could please stand: Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky, Rose Marie Bravo, Wei Sun Christianson, Fabrizio Freda, Paul Fribourg, Irv Hockaday, Jennifer Hyman, Jane Lauder, Leonard Lauder, Ronald Lauder, Dick Parsons, Lady Lynn Forester De Rothschild, Barry Sternlicht, Jennifer Tejada and Rich Zannino.
