Yes, we're green. I think we're live here. So we'll go ahead and get started. So I'm Michael Lewis, Managing Director of Equity Research at Truist Securities. I'm pleased to present today Angela Kleiman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Essex Property Trust, is immediately to my right. Essex Property Trust, ticker ESS, is a multifamily REIT, headquartered in San Mateo, California, with about a $14 billion equity market cap.
