Good afternoon, everyone. Our next presenter is Digirad Corporation. Digirad is a diversified holding company with 3 operating divisions: Healthcare, Building & Construction and Real Estate & Investments. This afternoon, to tell us the Digirad story, is Jeff Eberwein, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
And with that, I'll hand it over to Jeff.
Thank you very much. And with me today are Matt Molchan, the CEO of the company; and David Noble, the COO and CFO. And just a little background. Digirad has been around for a while. We started out life as a medical imaging company. And we've been a small cap, micro-cap stock for some time, and we decided to embark on a new strategy to diversify, but really to accelerate our growth. And the Healthcare business is a very solid foundation for our company and is run by Matt Molchan. I'll turn it over to Matt here in a minute.
Last year, this business produced about $100 million in revenue and over $7.5 million of EBITDA,
