First off, I'm going to run through the headlines of the national rail contracts that we're announcing today before moving on to discuss some of the commercial terms in more detail. I'll also discuss what it means for our rail portfolio going forward. And finally, I'll look at how this fits with our retained business and our strong credentials and prospects after the North America transactions are completed.
