I'd like to talk a little bit today about CVR Energy in general and the industry in general, just brief overviews. But at CVR Energy, we're really a holding company that has interest in refining as well as fertilizer in North America. We use as our guideline here our mission and values, how we want to run the company and how we -- the culture we're trying to create within the company.
