Okay. Keeping on schedule here. Up next, for those of you that have been in the room by the way for the last few presentations, I think, there's been a bit of a theme, which is mini-mill-based volume growth in North America, which fits in nicely with our next presenter, GrafTech.
GrafTech produces about 25% of the world's UHP graphite electrodes, which is a critical input for mini-mill-based steelmaking. Basically, you can't make steel without it in most mini-mills. GrafTech is also the only UHP graphite electrode producer that's vertically integrated, with their own petroleum needle coke facility, which is becoming increasingly scarce due to electric vehicle-related demand for petroleum needle coke. The company came public in May 2018. The majority shareholder, Brookfield, sold off a piece of the company to the public at that time.
