Okay, so what is Gaia? Gaia is a global video subscription service today that is offered at about $11.99 a month ad free. We have created a network of niche channels that focus on an underserved subscriber base.
And over the last six years we have built a library of about 8,000 pieces of content, both from original programs that we have produced and own, and also from targeted content acquisitions. 90% of that content is exclusive to Gaia including worldwide rights, which I will talk a little bit more about why that is important.
In 2019 we launched a premium offering, which is access to live events, and that price point is at $299. Our content focus has been on yoga, transformation, seeking truth and
