We're going to start off the presentation that you've received and you should have seen as well in our website and the (inaudible) starting with the key highlights on Page 4. Now you've seen that the first 9 months of the year have been marked by quite relevant headwinds and a challenging energy scenario. But despite this, the business has demonstrated remarkable resilience and has achieved ordinary growth of 5% versus last year.
