Larry Culp from GE. Larry really needs no introduction, but he is the Chairman and CEO of GE. He joined the GE Board of Directors in April 2018, joined GE as -- he became CEO in October 2018. And prior to GE, Larry served as President and CEO of Danaher from 2000 to 2014. We're going to keep this fireside chat format. So I'm going to come over to you now, Larry.
