Good morning. I'm Adam Prior with The Equity Group, here serving at Stellus as their investor relations representative. And we're very glad you can join us today.

Just a couple of things to begin, before I turn it over to the management team. We have lot of time for Q&A following each session. And here's how we'll handle Q&A during the presentation.

You're welcome to send a question to myself, Rob, who you see or any of our panelists. And we will try to take that at a designated time for Q&A. I'll gather the questions, and I'll read them off with the team during those sessions.
