We're going to get started. We're now welcoming GPC to the stage and sitting down with Carol Yancey, the Chief Financial Officer, Executive -- and Executive Vice President. GPC is a service-oriented distribution business that operates in 3 key markets: North America, Europe and Australasia; across 3 business segments: automotive, industrial and office supplies. Carol joined the company in 1991 and has held several other positions within the company, including Director of Investor Relations, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Finance, and Executive Vice President.
