Horizon Oil Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Mike Harding, and I'm Chairman of Horizon Oil Limited. I'd like to start by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and recognize their continuing connection to the land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present and emerging.
I would now like to welcome you officially and open our Annual General Meeting for 2019. I'd also like to extend a welcome to all those members who are joining us via the webcast. Based on the numbers of voting members in attendance, I declare a quorum for the meeting.
Before I commence today's proceedings, I would like to draw your attention to the safety procedures for the venue. Should you hear a continuous sound of the evacuation alarm, please evacuate the building immediately by the nearest safe fire exit. And please make sure that you don't use the lifts.
