Good afternoon, everyone. It's great to see some of you, shareholders, who I've seen over the years and some new ones who have joined us this afternoon. Thank you very much. This is the 2019 Annual Meeting of Huntington Bank Incorporated. I'm Steve Steinour, Chairman, President and CEO. I'm pleased that all of you are with us today. So thank you for taking the time to be with us, and welcome.
I'm going to introduce a few members of our Board and our management team, and then we'll get into this. Please let me start with our Lead Director, Dave Porteous.
