All right. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the ICON session. I'm Bob Jones, and I cover the CRO industry here at Goldman Sachs. Very pleased to have ICON, a leading clinical CRO up on stage with us today. Representing the company, I'm joined by Dr. Steve Cutler, who has been CEO of ICON since March of 2017, previously had been the COO from January 2014, prior to this, he served as the Group President of Clinical Research Services, I believe, since 2011. So definitely, has been with the company for a number of years now and really excited to have him with us.
