Thank you, Josh. Good morning. I'm Nick Grant, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will act as Chairman of this meeting.
I welcome all of you to inTEST's 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting, and thank you for your interest in the company. We hope you and your families are safe and healthy at this time.
