It is 9:00. Hello, everyone. Good evening and good morning and good day, depending on where you are in the world. Hello, I'm Jim Continenza. I want to thank everyone for coming. I'm the Executive Chairman of Eastman Kodak. It's my pleasure today to welcome everyone to the 2019 Annual Meeting with the Shareholders of -- 116th Annual Meeting of Eastman Kodak.
First, I'd like to recognize our Director nominees. Along with myself, they are standing for reelection. During the past year, our Directors have demonstrated a continued strong commitment to our company and our shareholders by playing an active role in a number of very important decisions and activities that have taken place. I thank each and every one of them for their valued contribution and commitment to the company.
As described in our proxy statement, we are reducing the Board size. As the company has changed, we've reduced the size of the company. We feel it's important and symbolic to also shrink the size of the Board. We've also made some changes to
