Good morning, and welcome to the 66th Annual General Meeting of Loblaw Companies Limited. I'm Galen Weston, Chairman and President of the company. Today's meeting is being held as a virtual meeting by way of a live webcast. Joining me this morning are Richard Dufresne, our Chief Financial Officer, and Nick Henn, our Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. The nominee directors, auditors and other members of the Loblaw management team are also attending remotely. I'd now like to call to order this meeting of shareholders of Loblaw Companies Limited.
