Good morning. I am Dr. Nassim Usman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. I'd like to welcome and thank all of you for joining the company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders via our Internet webcast.
Due to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 global pandemic, we are holding a virtual meeting over the Internet. We hope that everyone is safe, and we look forward to resuming in person meetings in the future.
