Hello. My name is Michael Mueller, Chairman of Laurentian Bank of Canada. Welcome to the bank's 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting. We hope that you and your loved ones remain safe and well.
Our main focus continues to be ensuring the health and safety of and support for our team members, our customers, our shareholders and other stakeholders during these challenging times. Part of this effort includes holding this meeting by live audio webcast.
The meeting will begin with 2 video presentations, the first by me. My presentation will be followed by a presentation of Rania Llewellyn, our President and CEO, who will speak via video presentation on highlights of the 2020 financial year.
