Learning Technologies Group PLC Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the annual general meeting of Learning Technologies Group plc. Today's meeting is a hybrid session available for attendees to attend in-person and virtually.
Before I get started, I'd like to set out the agenda for today's meeting. Our Chairman, Andrew Brode will introduce the meeting. Our CEO and CFO, Jonathan Satchell and Kath Kearney-Croft, will then give an investor presentation followed by a Q&A. After which, we will start with the formal business of the meeting.
We will take questions from our virtual attendees. Those of you joining the live webcast will have the opportunity to submit questions to the Board by typing into the questions pane of the control panel of the software. This is found on the right-hand side of your screen. You may send in your questions at any time during the presentation ahead of the dedicated Q&A section.
