I am delighted to welcome all of you to the annual stockholders meeting of Marcus & Millichap, Inc., which will now come to order. I am George Marcus, and as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, I will be presiding over this meeting because of the unfortunate circumstances presented by the global pandemic that we are holding a virtual meeting over the Internet.
