MDU Resources Group Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. My name is Dave Goodin. I am President and Chief Executive Officer of MDU Resources Group. Before officially opening this annual stockholders' meeting of MDU Resources Group, Inc., I would like to extend a warm welcome to each of you. Because concerns for your health of our shareholders, particularly our many faithful retirees as well as our directors, officers and other attendees that typically attend our annual meeting, we are webcasting this meeting to allow participation remotely without endangering your health and the health of others. Despite these unusual and difficult circumstances, I am pleased that so many of you have chosen to participate in our annual meeting remotely.
