I would now like to hand the conference over to your speaker today, Mr. Ernie Danner. Thank you. Sir, you may begin.
Good morning. It is now 8:30 a.m. And in accordance with the Notice of the Annual Meeting, I call the Nine Energy Service 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to order.
My name is Ernie Danner, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a stockholder of the company. I will preside at today's meeting, and Ted Moore will act as the secretary of the meeting and as the inspector of election. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I welcome you to the annual meeting.
