So it may be the last presentation of the week, but I think it's safe to say we've been saving the best to the end. It's my pleasure to welcome to the stage the world's biggest food and beverage company Nestlé, who have been a regular supporter of the CAGNY Conference. Representing Nestlé today are François-Xavier Roger, Group CFO; and Steven Presley, Chairman and CEO of Nestlé USA. François has been CFO for almost 4 years and in that time, has overseen significant change in the finance function and recently has been embedding Nestlé's long-term value-creation where there's already been a notable uptick in key metrics. Steve was appointed CEO of Nestlé USA almost a year ago, who has more than 20 years experience at Nestlé, much of that rooted in the fast-changing U.S. market in Nestlé, including leading Nestlé U.S. finance function as well as the strategic transformation of the business.
