Okay. Good morning and welcome to the Odfjell Capital Markets Day. Today, we have brought the entire management team here from Bergen, and as somebody mentioned as I walked in, we have brought other things from Bergen, today we brought the weather apparently. So it seems like there's a couple of people that are running a little bit late. So people might be coming in and out as we progress, but I think we should just get started and I want to start by thanking you -- all for your interest in the company, for your time. I know this is a busy week in Oslo. So thank you for coming and for your interest in the company.
I will just make a short introduction, then we have a -- before I actually start, we have, as you can see on your seats, we have put a device that will allow you to buy and sell the share as we talk. No, actually, there's a different purpose for it, but we'll get back to that in a second.
Safety is always first. We have a lot of people in the room. I've been told that there are no drills or tests of alarm systems today.
