Oil States International Inc at JPMorgan Energy, Power & Renewables Conference Transcript
Good morning. Welcome back to the JPMorgan Energy Conference. Glad to have you joining us today. Next up, we're going to spend some time with the team from Oil States. We first have Cindy Taylor, CEO; and her CFO, Lloyd Hajdik, will also join in a bit for some Q&A, but we'll start with some prepared comments.
So just by way of introduction, Cindy has been CEO of Oil States since May of 2007. She's led the company through a significant number of changes over the years, most recently with the acquisition of GEODynamics in 2018. Lloyd's been with the company since joining as CFO in 2013, and he's held a number of other positions at prior companies, including at Helix and Halliburton.
