It's 9:00, and welcome, everyone, to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Otello Corporation ASA. My name is Geir Evenshaug, and I'm a partner with a law firm, Schjødt.
The Board of Otello has asked me to open this meeting and make a registration of attending shareholders. And we have approximately 87.2 million votes and shares registered, which equals approximately 63% of the outstanding share capital. The exact numbers and how the votes are casts will be appended to the minutes, which will be available from the website of Otello later today.
