Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic, restrictions imposed by local authorities on travel and meetings and to support the health and well-being of our employees and stockholders, we are hosting our annual meeting this year in a virtual format via an internet portal.
As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of the meeting first to formally approve the specific proposals described in the proxy materials. Following the conclusion of the business portion of the meeting, there will be a short presentation about the company.
