Earlier today, Proto Labs announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire 3D Hubs. Joining me today to discuss this announcement are Proto Labs President and Chief Executive Officer, Vicki Holt; Vice President and General Manager of the Americas and incoming President and Chief Executive Officer, Rob Bodor; and Chief Financial Officer, John Way.
