Hello, and welcome to the General Assembly of the Shareholders of Quebecor. My name is Jonathan Lee Hickey, Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary at the corporate level. Before starting this meeting, I want to mention that we regret sincerely that we must meet once again virtually and not in person. This being said, the reason why is because we want to limit any kind of risks to the well-being of our shareholders, clients and employees and to maximize the presence of the shareholders who could not be present in person.
