All right. Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the Stephens Investment Conference. I'm Jacob Johnson, the life science tools and pharma services analyst here at Stephens. Really pleased to be joined by the team from Bio-Techne. We have Kim Kelderman, the Chief Operating Officer and CEO, come February 1 next year; and Jim Hippel, the CFO.
