Okay. Good morning. Welcome to the Baird 2023 Consumer Technology & Services Conference. My name is Peter Benedict, senior retail analyst. Really pleased to have with us the management team of Tractor Supply. We've got the CEO, Hal Lawton. He joined in early 2020, interesting timing, joined from Macy's, but spent a lot of his career at Home Depot. And then at eBay.
Kurt Barton, CFO, with the company for a long time; and Mary Winn Pilkington, who's back here who heads up the Investor Relations effort.
