We came off a good set of results. The stock has reacted well. We've got a lot to talk about here. But maybe, Ted, I could start with you. One of the big news items of the year is Ken Meyers is retiring, and you've brought Laurent Therivel in as CEO of U.S. Cellular.
So it'd be great to perhaps talk a little bit about what he brings to the table and what you are looking and the Board are looking to in terms of his priorities going forward.
