Good morning. I'd like to start by welcoming everyone to the call and by drawing your attention to the information here related to forward-looking and cautionary statements. For today's call, we'll begin with a few introductory slides, which will explain Velocity's strategy and objectives. After that, we'll pause for a short video, and that will let you see some of the company's activities and operations in Bulgaria. And then once the video is finished, I'll come back and run you through some of our key projects.
This will all take about 20 to 25 minutes and after that, there will be a question-and-answer session. You can place questions within the chat box as we progress through the presentation, and we'll try and answer as many of them as we can within the one hour allocated for the webinar.
