Hi, everyone. Good afternoon. Welcome to Transaction Capital's pre-close meeting for their financial year 2022. I'd like to thank management for being available today. I'm sure you know the TC team. On the call today, we have David, the Group CEO; Sean, the Group CFO; and Chris and Nomonde from Investor Relations.
Welcome, everybody. Thanks for logging on today. What I'll try and do is I'll try and speak pretty quickly, probably about 15 minutes, just giving a very quick overview of how we've done for the second half and where we see ourselves coming in for the full year. You've still got a few days of trade to go, but we can give a pretty good guidance.
We did issue a sense at the launch of our accelerated Bookbuild, which was, what, probably about 2.5 weeks ago. What's the date on that, Chris? I think it was -- to be in the end somewhere. But anyway, we did launch a Bookbuild probably about 2.5 weeks ago.
