Welcome, everyone. Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Richard Cawsey, and I am honored to Chair the Board of Directors of Redbubble. I welcome you to Redbubbleâs Annual General Meeting for 2019. I wish to acknowledge that the meeting today on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation and I wish to pay my respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging, and the Elders from other communities who may be here today.
As the appointed time has arrived and the necessary quorum is present, I declare this meeting properly constituted and open.
