Okay, we might -- if everyone's ready, we might get going. So I just want to double check we're okay on the webcast. Are we set to go? Okay. Great. Well good morning, everyone, and welcome. I'm Robert Scott, Managing Director of Wesfarmers, and thanks for joining us today for our Annual Strategy Briefing Day. Most of the leadership team at Wesfarmers here will be familiar to you all. We have a few new faces today that I just wanted to introduce: Sarah Hunter, the new Managing Director of Officeworks. Sarah, prior to joining Officeworks, had a number of roles in Coles across supermarkets, express, liquor. We also have Ross Martelli from our Chemicals, Fertilizers and Energy business, who'll join David Baxby on the question-and-answer session for Industrial. And Ross has been with our group for a number of decades, and has been instrumental in the successful development of our Chemicals business.
