Good morning. I am Amy Teske from Mig Dobre's machinery and diversified industrial team here at Baird. I am pleased to introduce Worthington Industries, which manufactures value-add steel and metal products. Joining us today with an update on the Company is CFO, Joe Hayek. We will start with a formal presentation. We will not have time for a Q&A at the end, given that Worthington is in quiet period right now.
