Thank you, Carrie. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the FRMO 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Thérèse Byars, and I'm the Corporate Secretary of the company. The COVID-19 pandemic made an in-person meeting unfeasible. So we are hosting our first virtual-only annual meeting.
While we will miss seeing those of you who have attended our in-person meetings in the past, the silver lining of a virtual meeting is that it allows us to reach a greater number of our shareholders.
And now for a bit of housekeeping. Please note that this meeting is being recorded. However, no one attending via the webcast or telephone is permitted to use any audio recording device.
