Good morning, and welcome to our 2021 results meeting. We will start with some comments about why we believe that 2021 was a foundational year. Michel Favre will present the financial data. I will be back with the stand-alone guidance. And finally, I will give you a first hint about FORVIA's strategic goals. Let us start with 2021 as a foundational year for Faurecia. I think 2 events -- 2 main events have been founding Faurecia. The first one is the successful spin-off from our historical shareholder, PSA/Stellantis.
This had 2 main and significant changes. The first one is the free float with in excess of 90% and the inclusion of Faurecia in the CAC Next 20. The other one is related to our strategic autonomy, which has significantly increased and which [might] have made possible. And the second very important item, which is the strategic and transformative acquisition of HELLA. With HELLA, we created the seventh biggest automotive supplier.
