This year, to mitigate the risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to hold our meeting in a virtual-only format. Shareholders will have an equal opportunity to participate at the meeting online regardless of their geographic location.
