Hello. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for attending today to this 2022 earnings presentation at our head office, even if we have strike today in Paris, or using the webcast for this 2022 earnings.
I'm very pleased to talk to you after almost 10 months as the CEO. And it's a great opportunity to look at everything we've been able to achieve this year. We have been very active both on operations and the balance sheet. Our performance over '22 has been strong as we have been able to capture the benefits from supporting leasing markets. And our strategy, based on centrality and proactive CSR, bring therefore confidence for the coming year.
Maybe to start with KPIs. We have been able to lease 100,000 square meters let, re-let or renewed in 2022, bringing an average positive reversion of 24% and increased our
