Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us for today's call. I would just like to take this opportunity to mention that the thoughts of everyone at Global Ports is with those people directly impacted by the virus and the health care workers around the world who are risking their own lives to help save others. I hope and I wish that is a big lesson for all of us and the humanity on whom to attach more importance after our families.
Clearly, how we performed in 2019 and how well we delivered in terms of new ports has very quickly been overshadowed by the COVID-19 outbreak that has impacted every aspect of daily lives of billions of people around the world. The outbreak has impacted the cruise industry in a way no other crisis has before, whether it's SARS, the Gulf Wars, terror attacks or the financial crisis of '08 and '09.
