This meeting is called into order. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation. My name is Peter Wang and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. I will act as Chairman of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
First, I would like to introduce the officers and directors of the Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation.
