Thank you so much, operator. Good morning, everybody. I'm Hilton Howell, the Chairman and CEO of Gray Television. Thank you so much for your time this morning and for joining our fourth quarter 2018 earnings call. I'm delighted to announce that we are joined for the first time by our President and co-CEO, Pat LaPlatney, who has joined us effective January 2, and who will be with us going forward. As usual, we have our Chief Legal and Development Officer, Kevin Latek; and our Chief Financial Officer, Jim Ryan, both with us this morning.
