All right, we are ready to begin with our next presentation. Please welcome from Guerrilla RF, Sam Funchess.
Thank you, Kendall, and everybody, I appreciate your time today. So my name is Sam Funchess, I'm the Vice President of Corporate Development for Guerrilla RF. I have been associated with the company since the very beginning. I only transitioned to a staff position in the last 18 months though. To tell you a little bit about it, here's the obligatory legal stuff for you.
But real quickly, company's right at 10 years old. We were founded in April 2013. So we just celebrated our 23rd -- or excuse me, 10th birthday. We are a public company. We're on the OTCQX, as well as we're doing a planned uplisting to NASDAQ later this month. So far, everything's on track to most likely price later this month and move to the NASDAQ. Pretty excited about that, as you can all imagine.
